Cara Tracy, CMP, CMM is the Director of Professional Development for the National Speakers Association. She has over 19 years experience in the meetings and hospitality industry, is a past president of MPI Arizona Sunbelt Chapter and was name Planner of the Year in 2002-03.

Carol A. Stambaugh, MSW, LCSW, CAE is Executive Director of the National Association of Social Workers, Arizona Chapter.  She is a past president of the Arizona Society of Association Executives, is a Certified Association Executive and was honored this past December with AZSAE’s highest honor, Executive of the Year.

Jen Merkel has planned conferences within the financial, manufacturing, medical and hospitality industries for over 20 years.  In her current position as operations manager for CMI Resources she also manages the day-to-day operation of the business.  She is Operations Manager for CMI Resources, a Travel Management Company that specializes in the management and coordination of meetings, conferences and travel incentives throughout the U.S. and internationally.

These member luncheon programs lead off with an insightful presentation by an authority on the featured topic, and then participants at each table network and discuss their own challenges around the issue, sharing ideas and solutions. Programs qualify for CAE credit.
