Got CAE? Introduction to the CAE Program
Note: The Introduction and Study Group are complimentary for AzSAE Members.
Ready to expand your knowledge-base in association management and discuss challenges and solutions from a variety of perspectives?
The Certified Association Executive (CAE) program is designed to elevate professional standards, enhance individual performance, and designate association professionals who demonstrate the knowledge essential to the practice of association management. Founded in 1960, the CAE program stands as a mark of excellence and has evolved to reflect what it takes to manage an association in today's challenging climate. Earning and maintaining the CAE is a two-part process. Candidates must first meet eligibility requirements and submit an application. The next step is to sit for and pass the CAE exam.
To assist AzSAE Members in getting ready to take the exam, AzSAE coordiates a CAE Study Group. The CAE Study Group meets weekly for 12 weeks to discuss the suggested readings and prepare for the exam (which is offered in May and December). If you are not ready to take the exam this year but you want to participate and are willing to make the commitment, then please join us for this overview and learn more! Pre-registration for this complimentary Overview Meeting is required (click on Register for Event Now above).
