Fabulous Flops in Leadership
Growth as a leader includes learning from your mistakes. Join a lively conversation to openly discuss mis-steps, mistakes and headaches that all association executives face. Identify ways to conduct self-assessments of decision making and blind spots while also addressing the self-care needed to move beyond the problem. Create positive ways to take risks, accept failure and remove blame in your work culture.
