Topic:  Evaluating Performance That Performs A Documented, Skills-Based Approach to Growth and Accountability
Speaker:  Jacqueline Musto

Performance evaluations are not just administrative. They are neurological.

In this webinar, attendees will learn how to evaluate staff using a documented, brain-based process that improves collaboration, performance, and professional growth. Grounded in emotional intelligence and goal setting, this session reframes evaluations as a leadership tool that directly influences motivation, engagement, and results. The framework integrates skills-based pathways, structured feedback, and clear expectations.

Attendees will leave with a practical approach to performance evaluation that supports both business outcomes and human behavior, turning reviews into meaningful conversations that drive accountability, development, and retention.

Learning Objectives

· Apply a documented, repeatable evaluation process that supports collaboration, accountability, and performance at scale

· Use goal setting as a tool for emotional intelligence, increasing ownership, motivation, and self-regulation in employees

· Evaluate performance through the lens of brain science, understanding how stress, psychological safety, and clarity impact engagement and results

· Use Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs as a practical framework to assess employee readiness, performance barriers, and growth potential

· Align evaluations to skills-based pathways, ensuring feedback translates into development, mobility, and measurable progress

· Shift performance conversations to skill-centered, but individualized and growth-oriented
