Topic: Team Skills to Handle Stress Better & Be More Productive
Speaker: Michell Brown
Description:
If you want to learn how to move through stress and challenge instead of letting it drain your team and your resources, this workshop is for you.
Participants will learn practical techniques to navigate challenge and come up with resolutions instead of division. The training covers how to recognize the stress patterns that drain energy and focus, along with hands-on tools to interrupt those patterns before they take over a meeting, a project, or a hard conversation.
Participants will walk away with skills that turn a group of separate goals into a team that can build connection and get more done together.
By the end of this workshop, participants will gain skills to:
1. Recognize how stress physically shows up in the body and how that translates into tension, miscommunication, and friction within a team.
2. Practice embodied relating skills that help team members stay grounded and communicate clearly, even in high-pressure moments.
3. Learn practical, in-the-moment techniques to regulate stress individually so it doesn't spill over into group dynamics.
4. Leave with clear tools they can apply immediately, both on their own and within the context of the team, to reduce daily stress and improve how the group works together.
